An exclusive Christmas event for a charity purpose together with the MING exhibition
Start: 18.00 – Venue: De Nieuwe Kerk, Dam, Amsterdam
Dear Madam, Sir, dear Dragons Businessclub member,
This year our annual Christmas Charity Event will take place on Friday 13th of December at De
Nieuwe Kerk (The New Church) in Amsterdam. Currently a unique exhibition of the Chinese MING
dynasty takes place at this royal venue. The event will be combined with this beautiful exhibition.
You are most welcome to attend this special Christmas event!
Auction and lottery for charity purpose
We have an interesting program, including a lottery and an auction for a charity purpose with attractive
items and prizes. Such as Business class tickets from Amsterdam to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific
Airways, flight tickets by Cathay Travel Service, IPad and IPad mini, luxury watches, modern art
paintings, luxury wines, designer objects, Chinese dinner vouchers and much more attractive prizes.
The proceeds will be donated to a charity project in China. This event will be completed with a visit to
the MING exhibition, several prominent key note speakers, music and an exclusive Christmas dinner!

Charity purpose
This year charity purpose is a project in China by an European organization that aims to take care of
young children which one or both parents are imprisoned or died. This organization believes that all
people would consider it their task to create a loving and caring environment for children of prisoners
in which respect and understanding dispel biases and prejudices. Young children of convicts should
grow up with dignity. More information regarding this project will follow soon on our website.
Admission: registration in advance is required!
– Dragons Businessclub members and their partners/guests: € 50,-* per person (normal price € 98,-),
Maximum 1 guest or partner per 1 Dragons member.
– Non-members and other interested persons: € 75,-* per person (normal price € 98,-),
– Without registration in advance: € 98,- per person at the door.
(Admission fee is including dinner with seat, drinks and 1 lottery ticket.)
The admission can be paid in cash at the registration desk or via pin.
Dress code: festive and chic.

Your own table exclusively for your business partners, guests or staff
We offer you the opportunity to get your own table exclusively for 8 persons during the event. This table
will be situated on a prominent spot near the stage. Each table costs € 888,-. If you take a table your
company logo will be projected on the screen as co-sponsor and printed in the program flyer, and your
